Our staff are highly qualified and motivated. We offer a welcoming, structured environment for children from the age of 1 upwards, helping them to reach their full early years potential. Every child is unique and, at Threshers Day Nursery, we are committed to developing individual strengths, abilities and social skills, while engendering a life-long love of learning. Our staff are currently learning makaton sign language to extend their skill set.
Our staff ratios are
- 1:3 in the baby room (1-2 years)
- 1:4 with toddlers (2-3 years)
- 1:8 in pre-school (3-5 years)
